Part-Time Maids in Business Bay

Most Business Bay homes are studios or one and two bedroom apartments, and our minimum booking is three hours, which covers a place that size comfortably. Two or three visits a week is the most common pattern here. A lot of our Business Bay customers work long hours a short walk from home, and would rather come back to it done than spend a Saturday on it.

Washing and ironing can be part of the same visit, and in Business Bay it very often is. If the laundry is the job that never gets done, tell us how you like it handled — washed, ironed, folded, put away — and the same maid will do it that way every time.

For regular bookings you get the same maid every visit, so your building, your access arrangement and your preferences only get explained once.

If your apartment faces the canal, expect the glass and the balcony to need more attention than the brochure suggests. Say so when you book and we will build the time in rather than rushing it at the end.

We are careful about who we send into your home. Our part-time maids are Filipino ladies, each with a minimum of five years working as domestic staff in the Middle East, and every Filipino maid we hire goes through a thorough vetting process before she joins us. We check that she genuinely knows how to clean properly and how to handle the equipment, that her English is good enough to understand what you ask for and tell you what she has done, and that she is someone you will be glad to have in your home every week.

Every cleaner who comes to you is employed directly by Lavender Housecare, with a valid Emirates ID and residence visa. We do not subcontract. It is why our staff get through building security without a problem, and why we can promise you the same person every visit.

Business Bay is a tower district built along the canal, and it is mixed in a way most of Dubai is not: homes and offices often sit in the same building, sometimes on alternating floors. That is why we do all four of our main services here, and why a good number of our Business Bay customers use us for their apartment and their office both.
