Most of our Creek Harbour work is a handover clean or a move-out clean. For a one or two bedroom apartment we send four to six cleaners so the whole job is finished in one visit rather than dragging across days. Some buildings prefer a move permit from building management for move-in and move-out work and others do not — tell us your building and date and we will check.

We have specialist floor scrubbing and polishing machines and will bring them on request. On a handover it makes the difference between a floor that looks new and one that looks like a building site has just left it.

Balconies and built-in wardrobes get the full treatment on a deep clean. Railings, the glass on both sides and the floor scrubbed; wardrobes worked through shelf by shelf rather than wiped from the doorway. With construction dust still in the air around here, the balcony is usually the part people underestimate.
