Where the problem is the air rather than the unit. Dust, and the smell that comes with it, sit in the ductwork and the cavity behind the grills, and no amount of cleaning the unit itself will fix that.

The most complete clean we offer, and the one that makes the clearest difference to both the air and the running cost.

Annual Maintenance Contract — Quarterly servicing, four times a year, covering filter cleaning, grills and drain line flushing. It keeps the system ahead of the summer instead of catching up with it.
R22 gas refilling — If the unit runs but does not cool, low refrigerant is usually why. We refill R22 gas in outdoor units.
Steam cleaning and sanitation — An add-on that sanitises room surfaces as well as the system, using steam and an organic solution. Worth it if anyone in the house has allergies, or after illness.

Have your AC cleaned twice a year, and never leave more than six months between cleans. Do one of them in the summer, when the system is running hardest and getting the most out of it matters most, and the second one six months later. AC works harder in Dubai than almost anywhere, and a system cleaned once and then forgotten spends half the year losing efficiency you have already paid for.

Why do the bedrooms upstairs never cool properly?
