We check that she genuinely knows how to clean properly and how to handle the equipment, that her English is good enough to understand what you ask for and tell you what she has done, and that she is someone you will be glad to have in your home every week.

Every cleaner who comes to you is employed directly by Lavender Housecare, with a valid Emirates ID and residence visa. We do not subcontract. It is why our staff get through building security without a problem, and why we can promise you the same person every visit.

Dubai Hills Estate is really two kinds of job in one community. The villas and townhouses in Sidra, Maple and the Parkways run to three, four and five bedrooms over two floors, with gardens, more bathrooms than an apartment and stairs to carry equipment up. The apartment buildings around Park Heights and the golf course are a different shape of work entirely.

The practical difference is hours rather than method. A four bedroom villa will not be done properly in the time a two bedroom apartment takes, and we would rather tell you that before you book than run out of time on the day.
