Most Marina apartments are one or two bedrooms and our minimum booking is three hours, which covers that comfortably. Two or three visits a week is the most common pattern here. Marina apartments are compact and get lived in hard, and it takes far less time to keep one on top of than to rescue it later.

We check that she genuinely knows how to clean properly and how to handle the equipment, that her English is good enough to understand what you ask for and tell you what she has done, and that she is someone you will be glad to have in your home every week.

Every cleaner who comes to you is employed directly by Lavender Housecare, with a valid Emirates ID and residence visa. We do not subcontract. It is why our staff get through building security without a problem, and why we can promise you the same person every visit.

The Marina is towers almost end to end, and it is the busiest area on our books. Most of the apartments are one and two bedrooms, so the work itself is straightforward; what takes the planning is the building. Marina towers generally send cleaners up in the service lift and want the visit registered with security first, so we ask for your tower when you book and sort it in advance rather than leaving somebody waiting in a lobby on your time.

The Marina also has more people moving in and out than anywhere else we work. Leases here turn over fast, which is why so much of our Marina work is move-in and move-out cleaning rather than the weekly kind, and why we keep more staff available in this area than most.
