Part-time maids and deep cleaning are the two we are asked for most in Downtown Dubai. A part-time maid keeps an apartment you live in on top of things — three hours minimum, and most Downtown customers book two or three times a week. A deep clean is the bigger job for moving in or out: four to six cleaners in a single visit, inside every cupboard, balconies done properly and the floors machine-polished. Downtown also has a high proportion of apartments that are let short term rather than lived in, and those need a different rhythm entirely — turnover cleans booked around guests instead of a standing weekly slot. We do both. It is worth saying which one you are when you first message us.

Downtown is one of the densest parts of Dubai to clean in, and almost all of it is high-rise. Most of our work here is one and two bedroom apartments where the whole job happens on a single floor — which sounds simple, except that getting a cleaner and the equipment forty floors up is genuinely half the logistics. Nearly every Emaar-managed tower routes contractors through the service lift, and most security desks want the visit registered against your unit first, so we ask for your building name when you book and sort that in advance.

Old Town is different. It is low-rise, and the apartments are larger for the same bedroom count with more traditional finishes. In practice the difference is time rather than method: a bigger apartment needs more hours to do properly, and we allow for that when we quote.
