Deep Cleaning in JLT

JLT apartments turn over quickly and most of our deep cleaning here is somebody moving in or out. For a one or two bedroom apartment we send four to six cleaners so it is finished in one visit rather than dragging across days. Some towers prefer a move permit from building management for move-in and move-out work and some do not — tell us your cluster and tower and we will check what yours wants.

JLT apartments are tiled almost without exception, and tiled floors dull and the grout darkens in a way mopping will not reverse. We have specialist floor scrubbing and polishing machines and will bring them on request. On a move-out clean it often decides how the apartment is received back.

Built-in wardrobes are where a deep clean is either done properly or not. Our cleaners work through them shelf by shelf rather than wiping what can be reached from the doorway, and the same goes for inside the cupboards, behind the appliances, the oven and the grout.

Balconies get the full treatment on a deep clean rather than the sweep they get on a regular one: railings, glass on both sides and the floor scrubbed. On a lake-facing JLT balcony that is usually the most obvious difference between the two services.

JLT is organised into lettered clusters, and knowing which one you are in tells us most of what we need. Some clusters are almost entirely offices — Mazaya Business Avenue, Jumeirah Business Centre and the towers around Cluster X — while others are residential. Plenty of towers are both, with offices on the lower floors and apartments above.

The clusters also matter for getting to you. Parking and tower entrances vary a good deal between them, and towers here generally send cleaners up in the service lift with the visit registered at the desk first. Tell us the cluster and the tower when you book and we will have that arranged before anybody sets off.
