Office Cleaning in JLT

Most JLT office work is booked first thing in the morning so the space is ready before staff arrive — two hours a day before opening is the most common arrangement. If you would rather we came during the working day, that is fine: our cleaners are trained to be quiet and to work around people rather than through them.

JLT offices are mostly small and mid-sized suites inside towers rather than whole floors, which means desks, a kitchen, meeting rooms and washrooms. We price by the hours the space actually takes and tell you honestly what that is once we have seen it. We also clean shops, showrooms and clinics, which in JLT usually means the units around the cluster podiums.

Business customers get 30 days payment terms, with one invoice and one payment covering the month. You are not charged until the work is done.

You get the same cleaner each time. In an office that matters more than in a home — she learns which desks not to touch, which meeting room is always in use at nine, and where the keys live.

Every cleaner who comes to you is employed directly by Lavender Housecare, with a valid Emirates ID and residence visa. We do not subcontract. It is why our staff get through building security without a problem, and why we can promise you the same person every visit.

We do take same-day bookings when we can. We are often quite busy, so it depends on your area and who is free, but it costs nothing to ask — message us and we will tell you straight away whether we can get somebody to you today.

JLT is organised into lettered clusters, and knowing which one you are in tells us most of what we need. Some clusters are almost entirely offices — Mazaya Business Avenue, Jumeirah Business Centre and the towers around Cluster X — while others are residential. Plenty of towers are both, with offices on the lower floors and apartments above.

The clusters also matter for getting to you. Parking and tower entrances vary a good deal between them, and towers here generally send cleaners up in the service lift with the visit registered at the desk first. Tell us the cluster and the tower when you book and we will have that arranged before anybody sets off.
