Cleaning Services in JLT

Office cleaning, deep cleaning and furniture cleaning are the three we are asked for most in JLT. Office cleaning is a standing arrangement, usually two hours first thing before staff arrive, with 30 day payment terms. A deep clean is for moving in or out of an apartment. Furniture cleaning covers sofas, mattresses, carpets, curtains and office seating, all done where they stand. Send us your cluster and tower and we will confirm a time.

Because so many JLT towers hold offices and apartments in the same building, we quite often end up doing more than one of these for the same customer — the office every morning, the apartment upstairs when they move out of it. It can all go on one invoice if you would rather keep it simple.

Those are the ones we are asked for most in JLT. We do all five everywhere in Dubai though — part-time maids, deep cleaning, furniture cleaning, office cleaning, and AC cleaning and maintenance — so if what you need is not here, just ask.

Every cleaner who comes to you is employed directly by Lavender Housecare, with a valid Emirates ID and residence visa. We do not subcontract. It is why our staff get through building security without a problem, and why we can promise you the same person every visit.

JLT is organised into lettered clusters, and knowing which one you are in tells us most of what we need. Some clusters are almost entirely offices — Mazaya Business Avenue, Jumeirah Business Centre and the towers around Cluster X — while others are residential. Plenty of towers are both, with offices on the lower floors and apartments above.

The clusters also matter for getting to you. Parking and tower entrances vary a good deal between them, and towers here generally send cleaners up in the service lift with the visit registered at the desk first. Tell us the cluster and the tower when you book and we will have that arranged before anybody sets off.
